Kristin Campbell

Kristin Campbell has been teaching yoga since 2000. An experienced educator, teacher trainer, and mentor, she's known for classes that combine precise cueing, nerdy alignment, and genuine heart. Kristin specializes in alignment-based Hatha and Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga, with a focus on embodied, spiritual transformation.

She co-founded Neoalpine Yoga in Whistler, BC, in 2002, later becoming sole owner before it evolved into Neoalpine–YYoga, where she spent nearly a decade as co-head of YHot programming and a lead 200-hour teacher trainer.

In 2012, she founded the Tapasya School of Hot Yoga. The Tapasya methodology now anchors programs at YYoga, Triyoga UK, and Yoga Moves NL. She co-founded the Shamanic Yoga Institute in 2014 and, in 2015, co-founded Everwell Water Kefir — a functional beverage and popsicle brand making digestive wellness nutritious, delicious, and fun.

Now in her 50s, Kristin is called to share her “crone wisdom,” gleaned from decades as a yogi and spirited entrepreneur, through her guided program, “No Muck No Lotus” — for women navigating life transitions within a safe, community container.

Its founding belief: transformation happens not despite life's messy, tender, demanding moments, but because of them.
It's a philosophy she brings to this Summit's panel on perimenopause and menopause — two of the muckiest, most transformative transitions there are.

Kristin is masterful at holding a steady, consistent energy — grounding in that it reminds you to be in the body, and uplifting in that her authenticity is refreshing, taking you to a real and honest place within yourself. In a scattered world, she's a beacon guiding people back to what's the priority, what's important, and what needs to happen to move forward. Her empathy, forged through her own inner work, makes her a rare kind of listener — one who helps others develop their own unique gifts and purpose. For many, meeting her marks a turning point.
