Lydia Zamorano is an internationally recognized yoga educator, somatic movement specialist, and lifelong mountain athlete with over 25 years of experience in yoga, climbing, and mindful movement.

Inspired by decades of study with some of the world's leading teachers and countless days spent exploring mountains and wild places,

Lydia's classes blend intelligent movement, nervous system awareness, and practical tools that help people move well for life. Her thoughtful, grounded teaching style invites students to slow down, build resilience, and reconnect with both body and mind.

A respected teacher trainer and co-founder of The Current Community and Trauma Informed Practice On and Off the Mat, Lydia is passionate about supporting whole-system health so people can continue to move, explore, and adventure for years to come.

Lydia now lives in Canmore, AB with her husband Sonnie and 2 children.
